April was one of those months where the good old British weather just didn’t want to play ball. The day of Brioni and Joe’s wedding at Crondon Park in Stock came and it was cold, almost as cold as their engagement shoot in March where we got a dusting of snow. But it couldn’t snow in April could it? Surely? Yes it could! I’m not sure I can recall seeing snow in April in this country but we got some.
Not that it matter one bit. From the moment I walked in to Brioni’s house and met her mum and bridesmaids I was pretty sure we were going to have an amazing day. Then I saw her incredible dress and shoes which just suited Brioni perfectly and I knew it was going to be a bit special.
Brioni and Joe’s attention to detail was fantastic. Their tables were themed on their favourite locations in New York City, the place where they got engaged and were returning to on honeymoon. The flowers were beautifully detailed and matched the colour pallet perfectly.
One of the highlights was the hilarious speeches which were just a joy to shoot, even though there were a few moments where I was laughing so hard it was actually quite difficult to keep taking photos. Both Joe and his best man Chris used a projector showing photos for speeches and I’m sure everyone there agrees that they were both pretty amazing.
The dance floor was crazy and everyone partied hard. One of those that I didn’t really want to leave behind.
Thank you for an amazing day guys.
Thanks to James at Caversham Photography for second shooting for me, great working with you buddy. Also thanks to hairdressers Dean and Craig and make up artist Anna who all did an incredible job. I had a fun morning with you guys.
