“Thank you Matt, our photos are fantastic! You managed to capture some great moments and lots of the little details that really express the feel of the day. I know we’ll love looking back on these in future. Not only that, you made it all seem so effortless, relaxed and fun too – everything we’d hoped for!”
Kellie and Tom
I had such a great time documenting Kellie and Tom’s wedding at Stoke Newington Town Hall. It’s a fantastic and historic building set in a very cool part of London. And then there’s the pubs! Stoke Newington has some great pubs and The Londsborough was perfect for Kellie and Tom’s reception.
The day was a great celebration with many of Kellie’s family over from Ireland. I’m sure you’ll agree that Kellie and the girls looked absolutely stunning and Tom very dapper. I have to say I was particularly fond of Tom’s Grenson shoes, quite fancy pair of those. The girls got ready upstairs at the Rose and Crown pub opposite Stoke Newington Town Hall whilst Tom and some of the guests enjoyed some pre-wedding nerve settlers downstairs.
After the ceremony it was off to the Londsborough which looked fantastic, full of Kellie’s sweatshop creations (disclaimer: Kellie did not actually run a sweatshop, apparently it was only a bit like a sweatshop). And then there was the food. Wow, top marks to the chefs at the Londsborough, delicious. Everything was rounded off with one of the best wedding dance floors I’ve ever seen. Party time!
A massive thank you to everyone for making me feel so welcome and laughing throughout the day. What a great crowd. Congratulations Kellie and Tom, I wish you every happiness. Here are a few of my favourite photos from the day.
